Although we undertake all possible action and precautions to enable the scheduled flight from your selected launch site, weather conditions and/or logistical factors may require us to fly from a different launch site.
All flights are wind- and weather-permitting. They are subject to availability and at least a 48-hour advance reservation is required. Your booking will be confirmed by submitting a credit card number as guarantee.
If the pilot has to cancel due to wind and/or weather, your flight will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient day. No flight, no charge.
If you cancel within one week, a cancellation charge of 25 percent of the total will be required. If, at your scheduled time to fly, you are no-call, no-show, your credit card will be charged in full. If you pay cash, you will have 5 percent discount. Children minimum 12 years of age.

How to get there 
The Mensanello airfield is situated 3 miles south of Colle Val d’Elsa, along the road N.541 towards Radicondoli.
- From the motorway, “Raccordo Siena- Firenze.”
- Exit Colle Val d’Elsa SUD (South); follow signs for Colle Val d’Elsa/Radicondoli.
- After a few yards at roundabout, go straight and follow sign for Radicondoli.
- Two more roundabouts, keep going straight following signs for Radicondoli.
- After 2 miles, keep right over stone bridge,
- Less than a mile after the stone bridge, past small industrial sites, turn right into dirt road.
- At the little concrete bridge ,turn left onto dirt track along the grass airfield.
The balloons are awaiting you at the other end of the runway near the hangars.
